Key Responsibilities
● Provide on-site support for network and IT-related issues at client locations.
● Diagnose and resolve network outages, including: ○ Cable fault detection
○ I/O punching
○ LAN connectivity checks
○ Troubleshooting switches and routers
● Coordinate with ISPs for internet outages, slow speed, and escalations.
● Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR, networking).
● Set up and configure Wi-Fi routers and access points.
● Perform basic network switching and routing configurations.
● Provide desktop support (hardware, OS, printers, and user-level issues).
● Maintain service reports, installation records, and documentation.
● Coordinate with internal teams for advanced troubleshooting when required. Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of Desktop Support (Windows OS, hardware, printers).
● Basic to intermediate understanding of networking (LAN, switching, routing).
● Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
● Experience with Wi-Fi setup and network devices.
● Ability to troubleshoot internet and connectivity issues independently.
● Good communication and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in Hindi and English
