Ensuring proper wiring, connections, and system functionality

Handle camera troubleshooting such as no display, recording failure, network issues, and cable faults
Install, program, and maintain EPABX/intercom systems
Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of all installed systems
Handle wiring work including LAN cabling, routing, and termination
Configure network settings (IP addressing, router connectivity, remote access setup)
Attend service calls and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
