Job Role: Network Engineer• field job •only males candidates can apply

Department: Broadband / Wi-Fi / FTTH-G PON Technology / Internet Service Provider

Location: pune

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of broadband & Wi-Fi networks.

- ⁠Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime with minimal downtime.

- ⁠Troubleshoot customer connectivity issues (wired and wireless).

- ⁠Configure routers, switches, access points, and other networking devices.

- ⁠Coordinate with field engineers for on-site installations and escalations.

- ⁠Maintain network documentation, cabling records, and device inventory.

- ⁠Ensure compliance with security policies and network standards.

- ⁠Work with vendors and higher-level technical teams for advanced troubleshooting.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Educational Qualification: Diploma / BE in Computer/IT/Electronics/Telecom (12th pass + networking certification also acceptable).

- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing, Routing, Switching, Firewalls).

- ⁠Hands-on experience with broadband/Wi-Fi equipment (ONT, OLT, GPON, routers, switches, access points).

- ⁠Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP, PPPoE, VLAN, and NAT.

- ⁠Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- ⁠Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English preferred).

- ⁠CCNA / JNCIA / or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
