Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical assistance and support to employees across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling basic hardware, software, network, and user support issues while ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems and assets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, internet connectivity, email, and other IT-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Assist employees with system access, password resets, and basic IT queries.
Maintain IT inventory including laptops, desktops, SIM cards, accessories, and other IT assets.
Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for system repairs and procurement support.
Support onboarding and exit formalities related to IT assets and system access.
Ensure proper maintenance and updating of antivirus, operating systems, and software applications.
Maintain records of IT support requests and resolutions.
Assist in basic network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and data security standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk role.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, internet configuration, printers, and networking.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and system configuration.
Familiarity with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
