JOB TITLE: IT Hardware & Networking Executive

LOCATION: Alwarpet, Chennai

JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Hardware & Networking Executive will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth network operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing technical support to employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and AMC services.
• Ensure antivirus, cybersecurity, and data protection measures are implemented.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related concerns.
• Support the installation and maintenance of CCTV, biometric devices, and related systems.
• Prepare periodic reports on IT infrastructure and support activities.
