• Maintain documentation of camera locations, network diagrams, and maintenance logs.

• Coordinate with vendors for product replacement, AMC support, and warranty claims.

2. Skills & Competencies

• Strong troubleshooting skills for analog and IP CCTV systems.

• Good understanding of networking basics – LAN, IP addressing, cabling, switches.

• Knowledge of brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Honeywell, etc.

• Ability to climb heights, handle tools, and perform fieldwork.

• Good problem-solving ability and client-handling skills.

3. Qualification & Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.

• 1–5 years of experience in CCTV installation and support.

• Certifications in CCTV/security systems are an added advantage.
