Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Administrator to manage and maintain the organisation's day-to-day IT and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure connectivity for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide technical support for office desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.

• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware, software and operating systems.

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and network connectivity.

• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot VPN and Firewall.

• Monitor internet connectivity and coordinate with ISPs for installation, troubleshooting and service-related issues.

• Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve IT/network-related issues.

• Maintain IT asset records and basic network/infrastructure documentation.

• Ensure network security, availability and smooth day-to-day IT operations.

• Provide basic administration and technical support for Microsoft Office 365 applications and user-related issues. Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in LAN, VPN and Firewall.

• Good knowledge of network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.

• Experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of routers, switches and Wi-Fi networks.

• Experience in ISP coordination and internet connectivity management.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. Qualification Bachelor's/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.
