We are looking for a IT Technician/Network Technician to join our team at K.R Mangalam World School to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description -
- Assists employees with technology issues
- Smart Panel Installation.
- Reports network interruptions and server outages
- Troubleshoots system errors and failures
- Scans for and removes computer viruses
- Repairs and maintains computers and laptops
- Monitors support requests and documents all processes
- Develops and maintains preventive measures to avoid internet-related interruption
- Advanced knowledge in commonly used Mac and Windows operating systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Printer Installation.
- Software Installation.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
