The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for designing, managing, securing, and scaling F2 Fintech’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, compliance, and performance of systems supporting fintech operations.
1. Infrastructure Management
Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and/or cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Manage servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, storage, and virtualization platforms.
Ensure high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
2. Cloud & DevOps Support
Work closely with application and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
Optimize cloud costs and performance.
Manage containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) if applicable.
3. Information Security & Compliance
Implement security best practices aligned with fintech regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC, RBI/SEBI guidelines (as applicable).
Manage endpoint security, access controls, IAM, and vulnerability management.
4. System Monitoring & Incident Management
Proactively monitor systems to ensure uptime and performance.
Lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.
Maintain SLAs, escalation matrices, and incident documentation.
5. Vendor & Asset Management
Manage relationships with ISPs, cloud providers, OEMs, and software vendors.
Oversee procurement, licensing, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
6. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff.
Collaborate with product, security, compliance, and business teams.
Support audits and regulatory inspections.
