Provide technical support for hardware, software, network issues, and system troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
Manage and resolve user tickets through the IT helpdesk system.
Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
Monitor network performance and support LAN/WAN connectivity.
Set up new user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions.
Assist with system upgrades, backups, and data security protocols.
Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and AMC services.
Maintain asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of IT equipment.
