Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and basic network infrastructure.
- Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance system and other IT-related systems.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs and access permissions.
- Ensure regular data backup and basic data security.
- Maintain IT assets, records and inventory.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.
- Troubleshoot MS Office, Windows and other commonly used applications.
- Ensure antivirus, system updates and security measures are maintained.
- Support ERP/software-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure IT systems are available and functional for smooth company operations.
- Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle IT-related issues independently.
