About Us

August Assortments Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG company behind brands such as Loyka, Danko, Brow-wow, and Paancho. We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Engineer to manage our organization's IT infrastructure and support business operations.

Position: IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT assets.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software.

• Manage user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions.

• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.

• Configure and maintain CCTV systems and biometric devices.

• Install and troubleshoot ERP, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

• Perform regular system backups and software updates.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and procurement.

• Ensure IT security, antivirus protection, and data backup procedures are followed.

• Support users across multiple company locations when required.

Required Skills

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches).

• Experience with printers, CCTV, biometric devices, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of ERP systems is preferred.

• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.

• Basic SQL and database knowledge.

• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, or automation tools is an added advantage.
