Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and technically skilled IT Executive who will be responsible for managing the company’s hardware, computer systems, networking infrastructure, and basic IT support, while also supporting the organization’s social media marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hardware & IT Support

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees.

• Install and configure operating systems, applications, drivers, and security software.

• Maintain IT asset records and inventory.

• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.

• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and IT-related services.

2. Networking

• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network devices.

• Troubleshoot internet, network connectivity, and system access issues.

• Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity.

• Manage basic IP addressing, user access, and network security.

• Maintain network documentation and IT infrastructure records.

• Assist with CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other network-connected devices when required.

3. Social Media Marketing

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Assist in creating social media posts, graphics, videos, and promotional content.

• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience feedback.

• Support social media campaigns and online promotional activities.

• Track basic social media analytics and prepare performance reports.

• Coordinate with management/marketing teams for content and campaign requirements.

4. General IT & Digital Responsibilities

• Ensure IT systems are secure, updated, and operational.

• Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, passwords/access permissions, and technical procedures as per company policy.

• Provide technical assistance to employees and support day-to-day IT operations.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.

• Stay updated with new IT hardware, networking technologies, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business software.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and TCP/IP.

• Knowledge of printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric systems, and other peripherals is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide timely technical support.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer/IT, Networking, Computer Applications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in networking or IT support will be an added advantage.

• Timely resolution of IT and networking issues.

• System and network uptime.

• Proper maintenance of IT assets and inventory.
