Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations
Monitor and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers and enterprise systems.
Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and permissions.
Ensure regular system backups and test disaster recovery procedures.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and IT assets.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve escalated IT issues.
Network Administration
Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls).
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability across all sites.
Configure and maintain VLANs, VPNs, and secure site-to-site connectivity.
Establish and configure inter-office networks, including WAN links and secure tunnels between company locations.
Support the setup, configuration, and deployment of servers across multiple offices.
Manage network security, including firewall rules, access controls, and segmentation.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity, latency, and performance issues.
Maintain wireless network infrastructure and enforce security protocols.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience supporting multi-site environments is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN configuration.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Solid understanding of network security principles and access control management.
Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating across multiple offices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
