● End users support & Internet Issue resolution.
● Knowledge of Outlook installation, configuration, troubleshooting and windows installation.
● Should have a positive attitude and ability to learn new things.
● Office 365 Concept (configuration, installation).
● Provide technical support/services to users at customer premises.
● Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer problems.
● First level hardware support for end user
● Troubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues.
● Support for standard software issues (Isolate system issues; diagnose standard software issues and report hardware issues to respective Suppliers).
● Installation / configuration of email clients
● Troubleshooting email client related issues
● Troubleshooting issues related to standard office software (MS Office Word, Xls, PowerPoint etc.) and internet clients.
● Remove virus from respective desktop / laptop with the antivirus software.
● Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
● Should have knowledge of Windows 10 & 11.
● Printer Installation.
● Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
