We are looking for a Barcode Printer Executive to handle customer requirements, product sales, technical coordination, and after-sales support for barcode printers, labels, ribbons, scanners, and related Auto-ID solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for barcode printers, labels, ribbons, scanners, and RFID products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Generate sales leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and customer follow-ups.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.

• Coordinate with the technical/service team for installation, troubleshooting, and service requirements.

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate product demonstrations and printer testing when required.

• Maintain customer records, sales reports, quotations, and follow-up status.

• Develop strong relationships with dealers, corporate clients, and end customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and customer-service targets.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Barcode Printers, Thermal Transfer, Direct Thermal, Labels, Ribbons, Barcode Scanners, RFID, and POS products will be an advantage.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of computer systems, Windows, printers, and networking.

• Ability to troubleshoot basic printer-related issues is preferred.

• Good negotiation, follow-up, and sales skills.

• Willingness to learn technical products and solutions.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Qualification

12th / Diploma / Graduate in any stream. Technical education or IT Hardware background will be an added advantage.
