Job Description – Field Engineer

Company: Mejor Info Services Pvt Ltd

Location: B.B.D Bagh, Dalhousie, Kolkata – 700001

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in IT industry

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Field Engineer to support our on-site IT

operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting,

networking, and system setup, and will be responsible for delivering reliable technical

support at defense PSU client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and networking issues

• Perform crimping, punching, and cable management tasks

• Install operating systems and configure Wi-Fi routers

• Set up and configure email clients, including Outlook

• Install and maintain hardware such as printers, CCTV systems, and network devices

• Provide field support for IT infrastructure and client service calls

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry

• Working knowledge of hardware, networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and printer installation

• Familiarity with email and Outlook configuration

• Good communication skills and ability to manage tasks independently

• Willingness to travel for field assignments
