Position: IT Manager

Job Purpose
The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of computer hardware, basic
software applications, networking, and day-to-day IT support for the Pune Head Office and
coordination with branch offices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware Support
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of:
o Desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, barcode scanners
o Troubleshooting hardware issues and coordinating repairs with vendors
2. Software Support
• Installation and basic troubleshooting of:
• Windows OS and system updates
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• basic security tools
• Basic support for OBN ERP software
3. Networking & Connectivity
• Basic LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting
• Router, switch, and Wi-Fi configuration
• Coordination with ISP for internet Service providers
• Ensuring stable network connectivity for operations
4. User & Operational Support
• Day-to-day IT support for internal users (operations, accounts, admin, management)
• Quick resolution of IT issues to avoid disruption in courier operations
• Supporting new employee system onboarding (system setup, access)
5. Coordination & Reporting
• Hardware vendors
• Courier software providers
• Asset list
• Issue logs and Email communication with the team
Essential Requirements
Education
• Diploma / Graduate in:
• IT, Computer Science
• Networking: Certification in Hardware / Networking (preferred)
Experience
• 1–2 years of experience as an IT Manager / Hardware & Networking Support
• Experience in Courier, Logistics, Transport, or Operations-driven companies preferred
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
• Computer hardware troubleshooting
• Windows OS & MS Office support
• Printer & peripheral support
• Basic networking (LAN, routers, IP configuration)
• Email & internet configuration
Soft Skills
• Quick problem-solving attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under operational pressure
• Willingness to support branch offices when required
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
• Experience with courier tracking software or operational ERP
• Barcode scanner & label printer support
• Basic knowledge of cloud tools (Microsoft 365)
• Understanding of logistics workflow
