Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Set up and manage Microsoft Outlook, including email account configuration.
Create and configure Outlook email IDs and user accounts.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist users with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other Office applications.
Install, update, and maintain software and operating systems.
Respond to IT support requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain IT assets and ensure systems are functioning efficiently.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and networking.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
