Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, CPU, monitors and peripherals.

  • Provide IT hardware and desktop support to office, production, stores, warehouse and other departments.

  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and hardware records.

  • Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, software and system updates.

  • Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, networking and basic connectivity issues.

  • Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, barcode scanners and other IT equipment where required.

  • Coordinate with hardware vendors/service providers for repairs and warranty claims.

  • Perform preventive maintenance of computers and other IT equipment.

  • Ensure proper backup and data security practices for company systems.

  • Maintain records of hardware breakdowns, repairs and replacements.

  • Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related complaints within the required time.

  • Support IT infrastructure requirements in the manufacturing/plant environment.
