Key Responsibilities
1. Network & Security Management
Configure and maintain Sophos firewalls, switches, and access points.
Manage firewall rules, MAC binding, web/application policies, and actively monitor network logs.
Administer Antivirus solutions to ensure endpoint security.
Manage and monitor CCTV systems and Biometric access control devices.
2. Systems & Cloud Administration
Fully manage the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (user onboarding/offboarding, license management).
Administer specialized M365 portals including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, and Purview.
Oversee Synology and Netgear NAS storage, including backup scheduling, disk health checks, and log monitoring.
3. Infrastructure & Hardware Support
Provide comprehensive desktop support for workstations, laptops, and industrial PCs.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network printers and Telecom EPABX systems.
Handle physical infrastructure tasks including LAN cable management and tracing.
Manage and maintain UPS setups to ensure power redundancy for critical equipment.
4. Software Support & Documentation
Provide end-user support for core ERP software.
Create, update, and maintain structured IT SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Networking: Proven experience with Sophos routing/switching and wireless network deployment.
Cloud Systems: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem administration.
Storage: Hands-on experience managing NAS devices (Synology/Netgear) and backup redundancy.
Hardware/OS: Troubleshooting skills for Windows environments, including industrial-grade hardware.
Infrastructure: Solid understanding of network cabling, power backups, and telecom systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to document technical processes clearly.
