Hybrid Infrastructure Administrator Technology->Infrastructure Security->Malware Analysis->Hybrid Analysis • Administer and manage Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters, ensuring platform availability, scalability, and performance. • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot IBM Fusion infrastructure and container storage solutions. • Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, clusters, virtual machines, and associated virtualization services. • Administer Nutanix AHV, Prism Central, and HCI environments, including capacity planning and performance optimization. • Manage and maintain Cisco UCS, switches, servers, and other data center hardware components. • Perform infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and lifecycle management activities. • Monitor infrastructure health, resource utilization, and system performance using enterprise monitoring tools. • Implement and maintain high-availability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. • Perform OS, hypervisor, firmware, and platform patching activities while ensuring minimal business disruption. • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, virtualization, hardware, storage, and container platform issues. • Collaborate with application, network, cloud, and security teams for infrastructure deployments and operational support. • Automate routine infrastructure tasks using Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, or Python. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures. • Ensure compliance with security standards, infrastructure hardening, and governance requirements. • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks. • Support infrastructure modernization, migration, and cloud transformation initiatives. • Participate in 24x7 production support, incident management, change management, and on-call activities. • Manage hardware inventory, vendor coordination, warranty tracking, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure assets. • Perform capacity planning and recommend infrastructure upgrades to support business growth. • Provide L2/L3 support for mission-critical production environments and ensure SLA adherence.
