हार्डवेयर इंजीनियर

We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to join our team at Sigma Systems to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware failures in desktops, laptops, servers, and high-end peripherals that L1 technicians cannot fix.

·         Hardware Lifecycle Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and decommissioning of physical assets, including RAM/SSD upgrades and motherboard replacements.

·         Server & Infrastructure Support: Maintain physical server hardware and storage connectivity, including firmware patching and fault tolerance monitoring. User policies, VPN connectivity, Firewall security policies, Backup policies etc…

·         Experience: Typically 2–5 years of hands-on experience in hardware support or engineering.

·         Technical Proficiency:

o    Deep knowledge of PC/Laptop architecture and server components.

o    Proficiency with diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, POST cards, thermal cameras).

·         Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and OS deployment tools
