Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (L1)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network issues. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in IT Infrastructure and Technical Support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops.

• Provide hardware and software support to end users.

• Install operating systems, applications, and drivers.

• Troubleshoot printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues.

• Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.

• User account creation and password reset.

• Antivirus installation and system updates.

• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.

• Coordinate with senior engineers for issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11.

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.

• Knowledge of printers and peripheral devices.

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma/B.Sc./BCA/BE/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Hardware & Networking certification (preferred but not mandatory).
