Strong interest in the IT / Field Support domain.
Basic understanding of IT field operations.
Ability to close minimum 3 service calls per day.
Clear and understandable communication skills (no lisp).
Proper knowledge of service call report filling and documentation.

L1 level – Basic diagnosis
Printer:
L1 level – Toner replacement
Network:
L1 level – Basic knowledge of remote access
Sales Knowledge:
L1 level – Ability to understand customer requirements and share details with the Sales Team
Own laptop is mandatory.
Bike is preferable.
Willingness to travel within Kolkata & surrounding areas.
Ready to move outside Kolkata as and when required.
