Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth network operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.

• Install, configure, and update Windows and Mac operating systems, antivirus software, and security tools.

• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for end users.

• Perform network cable crimping, punching, and basic structured cabling tasks.

• Configure and troubleshoot network switches and assist with firewall management.

• Support and troubleshoot L2 (Level 2) technical issues.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and system records.

• Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

• Graduate with 2–4 years of relevant Desktop Support experience.

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Mac OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

• Good understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing basics.

• Practical knowledge of network cable crimping, punching, structured cabling, switches, and firewall concepts.

• Experience using network diagnostic and troubleshooting tools.

• Ability to handle L2-level desktop and network support independently.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
