We are looking for a Desktop Support engineer to join our team to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 yr
Education: B.sc, BCA, B.Tech or Diploma
Location : Mumbai - Vikhroli- Work from office only
(Monday to Friday and 2nd & 4th Saturday is working)
Responsibility:
OS Installation and Troubleshooting(Local machine and servers)
Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, Mail server
Configure Outlook, PST and OST, SLA, MS Outlook
Provide Support to End User on daily basic hardware, software, network and mailing related issues occur in work environment. Remote support through Team Viewer, VNC
Remote Desktop to solve Windows and Software issue
MS outlook user account configuration , backup / restore mail and troubleshooting
Asset allocation and inventory reports.If required need to visit client location to handover the laptop to team members working at client site
Manage shared folder and devices through permission
Regular Backup of system data
Maintaining firewall and load balancer
Troubleshooting Wi-Fi and local area network
Troubleshooting updating and installing patches for software applications.
System installations, upgrades, and maintenance procedures to prevent service outages. Installing and troubleshooting network and local printer.
Monitoring the complete network and providing appropriate solutions.
Good Knowledge of Computer Hardware & Software
Creating maintaining the network and troubleshooting the network related issues.
