They manage IT infrastructure, including OS installation, application configuration, printer maintenance, and network connectivity. Core Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical Troubleshooting and Support: Responding to user requests via email, phone, or ticketing systems to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues promptly.
Installation and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac), software applications, and peripheral hardware like printers and scanners.
System Maintenance & Monitoring: Ensuring optimal performance of laptops, desktops, and networks, including monitoring system logs and managing backups.
User Management & Training: Setting up workstations for new employees, managing active directory accounts, and providing basic IT training to users.
Remote Troubleshooting: Conducting remote troubleshooting for off-site or remote employees to resolve issues without in-person intervention.
Security and Updates: Implementing software patches, updates, and ensuring anti-virus software is current.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
