System Installation & Maintenance: Configuring, updating, and maintaining user workstations, including imaging new machines and upgrading hardware.
Active Directory & Network Management

Handling user accounts (password resets, permissions) via Active Directory and ensuring stable network/VPN connectivity

Ticketing & Documentation: Recording, tracking, and closing IT support tickets, and documenting solutions for future reference.
User Training & Security: Educating employees on IT policies and security best practices, and ensuring anti-virus/security software is functional
