We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at 3ag Network Solutions Private Limited to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹24000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

• Install and configure operating systems and security tools

• Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates

• : Install and troubleshoot hardware components and peripherals.

  : Basic understanding of network connectivity issues and resolving them.

  : Installing and configuring application software.

  Installing and updating antivirus software.

  : Configuring and troubleshooting mail clients like Outlook.

  : Regular system maintenance to prevent issues.

  : Keeping track of IT assets.

  Updating daily reports to the Key Technical Account Manager.

  : Installation and maintenance of operating systems on servers.

  Using backup software for data protection.

  Configuring wired and wireless networks.

  : Installing security patches for OS and applications.

  : Diagnosing and resolving server issues.

  : Advising on IT solutions based on customer requirements.

  : Coordinating with vendors for hardware and software needs.

  : Designing network and system configurations as per customer requirements.

  : Implementing new technologies based on customer needs

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
