We are looking for a Computer Hardware Engineer to join our team at Dynasty Computers & Copiers to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, All-in-One PCs, and laptops.
Diagnose and repair hardware issues involving RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, processor, power supply, and displays.
Upgrade and replace RAM, SSD/HDD, and laptop/All-in-One displays.
Install and configure Windows 10/11 Professional, drivers, and basic software.
Install and configure laser printers via USB, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
Install and configure Wi-Fi routers and basic network settings including IP, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, printer, and hardware issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and provide technical support to users.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with desktop, laptop, and All-in-One repairs/upgrades.
Knowledge of Windows installation, software, printers, routers, and basic networking.
Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues efficiently.
