We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fresher to join our team as a Trainee IT Support Technician. If you have a passion for technology, love figuring out how computers work, and are eager to learn the ins and outs of hardware and software maintenance, this is the perfect role for you.

​No prior professional experience is required. You will be provided with comprehensive, hands-on training before you start the job to ensure you are fully equipped for success and ready to grow your career in IT support.

​Key Responsibilities

​Hardware Maintenance: Learn to troubleshoot, repair, and fix laptops, desktops, and computer peripherals (monitors, printers, keyboards, etc.).

​Component Replacement: Diagnose and replace faulty hardware parts like RAM, hard drives/SSDs, motherboards, screens, and power supplies.

​Software Support: Learn to diagnose system errors, install/configure Operating Systems (Windows/Linux/macOS), and set up essential software applications.

​System Diagnosis: Run diagnostic tests to identify root causes of hardware and software issues.

​Team Collaboration: Proactively interact and coordinate with the backend technical team to resolve complex issues.

​Customer Interaction: Communcate professionally with customers to understand their technical problems and provide updates on their repair status.
