Job Title: Graphic Designer – Wedding Album Specialist, Photo Retoucher, & Multimedia Designer

Experience required: 2+ years in Indian Wedding Album Location: On-site

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with strong expertise in wedding album design, photo editing, and retouching, along with a working knowledge of video editing and 3D design. The ideal candidate has an artistic eye, technical skill, and a passion for visual storytelling across multiple media formats.

Key Responsibilities:

•Wedding Album Design:

oCreate elegant, emotionally resonant wedding album layouts based on client specifications.

oSequence and curate images to tell compelling stories.

oAdapt designs to various photography styles and branding preferences.

o Collaborate with clients and managers on feedback and revisions.

•Photo Editing and Retouching:

oPerform professional-level editing including color correction, exposure adjustment, skin retouching, and object removal.

oEnsure consistency, high-quality standards, and readiness for both print and digital outputs.

•General Graphic Design:

oDevelop marketing materials, digital assets, social media visuals, presentations, and branded content.

o Support internal and external design projects while maintaining visual consistency.

•Video Editing (Preferred Skill):

oAssist in editing short promotional videos, slideshows, and marketing reels as needed.

oWork with basic motion graphics and video transitions to enhance storytelling.

•3D Design (Preferred Skill):

oContribute to the creation of 3D mockups, visualizations, or album product renders if required.

o Apply 3D elements to elevate digital presentations or promotional content.

Qualifications:

•2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and photo editing/retouching.

•Strong portfolio showcasing:

oWedding album designs.

oHigh-quality photo editing/retouching.

o(Bonus) Video editing or 3D designs work.

•Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator.

•Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software (preferred).

•Familiarity with 3D software like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar (preferred, not required).

•Strong visual sense of layout, typography, color, and storytelling.

•Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with great attention to detail
