· Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to drive online sales, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
· Build and manage campaigns for new product launches, seasonal offers, influencer collaborations, and remarketing audiences.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the cosmetics/beauty segment to identify growth opportunities.
· Optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for higher CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
· Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently across campaigns.
· Run A/B tests on ad creatives, product positioning, and audience targeting.
· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio.
· Work closely with the creative and product teams to ensure branding and messaging align with cosmetics industry trends.
· Stay updated with the latest beauty/cosmetics marketing trends, influencer strategies, and paid media innovations.
