Web & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Web & Graphic Designer to join our team at Sapbiz Solutions Private Limited to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5,000 - ₹15,000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, layouts and visual content for digital platforms

• Work on website design, landing pages and UX/UI elements

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand the design/campaign objective

• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines

• Edit and revise designs based on feedback

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.

• Education. A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.

• Experience. Demonstrated expertise through a strong portfolio with high-quality designs.

• Technical proficiency. Skilled in design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

• Graphic design skills. Proficiency in typography, color theory, and design principles to create impactful visuals.

• Time management skills. Efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Adaptability. Flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

• Problem-solving skills. Creative ability to overcome design challenges and deliver effective solutions.

• Knowledge of design trends. Awareness of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into projects.
