Web & Graphic Designer

Department: Creative / Design Reports To: Creative Director / Marketing Manager Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 2nd & 4th Saturday Off | All Sundays Off

About the Role

We are looking for a multi-talented and creative Web & Graphic Designer who can handle both digital design and web design responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of design principles, and the technical ability to translate creative concepts into stunning visuals and functional web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality creatives for social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, posters, and print materials

• Develop brand identity assets including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines

• Create marketing collaterals such as presentations, emailers, infographics, and advertisements

• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity

• Work on packaging design, business cards, and other offline marketing materials as needed

Web Design

• Design visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites and landing pages

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

• Optimize web graphics and assets for fast loading and cross-browser compatibility

• Design UI elements such as buttons, icons, forms, and navigation menus

• Maintain and update website design and layout as required

Social Media & Digital Creatives

• Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms

• Create animated GIFs, static posts, stories, and ad creatives for digital campaigns

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to align design with campaign goals

Collaboration & Communication

• Coordinate with the content, marketing, and development teams to understand project requirements

• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic and web design (freshers with exceptional portfolio may be considered)

• A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and web design work

Technical Skills — Must Have

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe InDesign

• Figma / Adobe XD (for UI/UX and web design)

• Canva (for quick social media creatives)

Technical Skills — Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS

• WordPress / Elementor / Webflow

• Adobe After Effects (for basic animations)

• CorelDRAW

Soft Skills

• Strong creativity and visual thinking

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Good communication and ability to understand and execute briefs

• Self-motivated with a passion for design trends and innovation
