Job Summary

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving the layout, usability, and overall user experience of our websites and digital platforms. You will work closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life that are both functional and aesthetically compelling.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, responsive website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements.

• Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately.

• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and best UX/UI practices.

• Optimize existing web pages for improved performance and user experience.

• Conduct user research and A/B testing to validate design decisions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.

• Strong portfolio of design projects (please include links).

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus).

• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

• Familiarity with SEO, accessibility, and web performance principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).

• Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks or CMS themes.

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.

• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
