Job Description – VFX Artist

About the Role

Triangle Films is looking for a talented and creative VFX Artist with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our post-production team.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of visual effects, compositing, tracking, and clean-up, with the ability to work on commercial films, digital content, and cinematic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute VFX shots for advertisements, films, corporate videos, and digital content.

• Perform compositing, rotoscoping, keying, tracking, and clean-up.

• Work on green screen/chroma key shots.

• Integrate 3D elements, CGI, and live-action footage.

• Perform object removal, wire removal, screen replacement, and set extensions.

• Match color, lighting, grain, and perspective between VFX elements and live footage.

• Work closely with editors, directors, and other post-production artists.

• Maintain proper file organization and follow project workflows and deadlines.

• Review shots and make corrections based on creative feedback.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of professional VFX experience.

• Good knowledge of After Effects.

• Knowledge of Nuke is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of Mocha / planar tracking.

• Good knowledge of Rotoscopy, Keying, Tracking, and Compositing.

• Understanding of color, light, perspective, and cinematic composition.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.

• Basic knowledge of 3D tracking and camera solving.

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve.

• Experience working on advertisements, films, or branded content.
