Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes

• Conduct basic user research and usability testing

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers

• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines

• Improve user experience based on feedback and data

• Create design assets and UI components

• Maintain design consistency across products

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design processes

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or responsive design

• Experience with usability testing tools

• Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards

• Portfolio showcasing academic, internship, or personal project.
