Experience- 1 Year

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with around 1 year of professional experience and strong hands-on exposure to UX/UI projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the entire design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and usability testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team to understand user and business requirements

• Conduct user research, user flows, personas, and journey mapping

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile applications

• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines

• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback

• Ensure consistency in design across platforms and products

• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in UX/UI design with strong project experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI execution

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability

• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user research

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
