We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and an opportunity to work on creative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to execution for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
Create design elements for various stages of the product development life cycle user experience flow, wireframes, sketches and interactive prototypes, high resolution mockups, marketing creatives and design assets
Track record of developing cross platform designs Web / apps, different browsers, smartphones (iOS / Android) Understanding of various platforms and their feature set to enable a faster development with up-to-date design principles;
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
Collaborate with product managers, developers to define user requirements and translate them into creative solutions.
Design impactful graphics, illustrations, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines.
Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints, maintaining high visual and usability standards.
Deep understanding of various design patterns with an eye of when is the right time to design for broader used cases keeping the end goal in mind;
Ability to come up with great prototypes in small duration;
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design.
In short conceptualize the product flow from users point of view, work with teams to refine your designs, provide UI elements of those designs to developers and contribute to spread the word once the product is ready!
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Bachelor and 1-5 Years. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
