Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our

team and contribute to creating visually compelling designs for Vrinda

Papers and Hashtag Education. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh and

innovative perspective to the visual representation of both brands, focusing

on delivering high-quality designs for digital and print platforms.

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with the marketing,

content, and design teams to ensure the brand's visual identity is

consistently represented across all marketing channels and platforms. You

will create eye-catching designs for advertisements, websites, social

media, brochures, presentations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and produce high-quality visual content for Vrinda Papers,

including product packaging, promotional materials, social media

graphics, and corporate presentations.

● Create engaging visuals for Hashtag Education, such as social

media posts, e-learning materials, webinars, infographics, and digital

marketing assets.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts

and execute design projects from start to finish.

● Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines of both Vrinda

Papers and Hashtag Education.

● Prepare files for print production, ensuring designs are print-ready

and meet necessary specifications.

● Edit and refine existing designs to improve overall visual appeal and

functionality.

● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to

deadlines and brand guidelines.

● Stay current with design trends, software, and tools to continuously

improve creative output.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or

equivalent work experience).

● Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer, with a strong

portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,

etc.) and other design tools.

● Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory,

and layout techniques.

● Experience in both digital and print design, with a focus on creating

content for marketing, branding, and e-learning platforms.

● Familiarity with web design, UI/UX principles, and responsive design

is a plus.

● Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the

ability to work under tight deadlines.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team

environment.

● Knowledge of video editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro or

After Effects) is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in e-learning design or creating educational graphics.

● Familiarity with motion graphics or animation for digital content.
