💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

We are looking for a smart, analytical, and user-focused professional to join our team for our HRMS product — STM.

This role is ideal for someone who has a good understanding of:
✅ UI/UX concepts for ERP/HRMS products
✅ Understanding user problems & requirements
✅ Product support and coordination
✅ Process improvement & product evolution
✅ User experience enhancement
✅ Communication with internal teams & clients

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Understand user pain points and problem statements
• Suggest UI/UX and workflow improvements for STM
• Coordinate with teams to enhance product usability
• Provide functional/product support to users
• Contribute towards making STM more efficient and user-friendly
• Understand ERP/HRMS workflows and employee management systems

⚠️ Note:
This is NOT a developer/coding role. We are specifically looking for someone with product understanding, ERP workflow knowledge, and UI/UX thinking.
