We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with proven expertise in designing intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. This role goes beyond traditional design—you will also bring AI-driven design thinking into our workflow, leveraging the latest tools and capabilities to optimize user experiences.

As a senior member of the team, you will own the end-to-end design process—from research and concept creation to prototyping, usability testing, and final delivery. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, data scientists, and marketing teams to shape user journeys that are both functional and delightful.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the UI/UX strategy and execution for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and guide design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business objectives and user needs.

Establish and maintain design systems for consistency across products.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Integrate AI-driven design tools (e.g., generative design, AI prototyping, conversational UX) to accelerate workflows and enhance creative output.

Design user experiences that adapt and personalize based on AI/ML-driven recommendations.

Stay ahead of emerging design and AI trends, bringing innovative concepts into the product roadmap.

Mentor junior designers and foster a user-first design culture across teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital product design.

Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools.

Strong knowledge of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Proven experience in user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.

Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Figma AI, Runway, Galileo AI, ChatGPT for prototyping).

Understanding of how AI/ML impacts user experience (personalization, recommendation engines, conversational interfaces).

Strong communication and storytelling skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders.

Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
