Software Developer AI Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Development & Client Coordination

·         End-to-End Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive, modern websites and web applications independently.

·         Client Engagement: Coordinate directly with clients to gather requirements, present design mockups, provide project updates, and gather feedback.

·         Project Delivery: Manage timelines and deliver high-quality web assets from concept to launch.

2. AI Integration & Implementation

·         AI Feature Development: Integrate AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs) into web applications to create smart user experiences (chatbots, recommendation engines, content generators, etc.).

·         AI Knowledge: Utilize 1 years of experience with AI models, vector databases, prompt engineering, or basic machine learning concepts to build innovative web solutions.

3. IT & Systems Administration

·         Operating Systems: Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and Windows Server 2022 environments.

·         Software Deployments: Install and configure Microsoft Office suite, development tools, and other business-critical software.

·         Hardware Management: Maintain and troubleshoot workstation hardware, networking equipment, and basic office IT infrastructure.

·         Technical Support: Assist internal staff and clients with technical issues related to hardware, software, and local networks.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills:

·         Web Development: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Node.js) or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

·         AI/ML Exposure: 1 years of hands-on experience working with AI tools, APIs, or building AI-enhanced applications.

·         IT/SysAdmin: Proven experience setting up and managing Windows Server 2022, Active Directory (preferred), DNS, and local network configurations.

·         Hardware: Strong diagnostics and assembly knowledge for desktop computers and basic server hardware.

Soft Skills & Professional Attributes:

·         Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·         Independence: Strong self-management skills with the ability to lead web projects from start to finish without close supervision.

·         Problem-Solving: A diagnostic mindset capable of switching rapidly between debugging web code and resolving hardware issues.
