Key Responsibilities – Senior Graphic Designer | Real Estate

• Develop high-quality creative designs for real estate projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and plotted developments.

• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, leaflets, standees, hoardings, banners, invitations, presentations, and sales kits.

• Design creatives for digital marketing and social media, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and website campaigns.

• Develop project launch creatives, campaign concepts, festival creatives, offers, and promotional materials.

• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Branding, and Digital teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives on time.

• Create visually compelling property/project presentations, masterplan layouts, floor-plan presentations, amenities graphics, and location maps.

• Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, colors, and design standards.

• Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to convert campaign ideas into effective visual communication.

• Review and refine designs based on feedback from senior management and business teams.

• Coordinate with advertising agencies, photographers, and other external creative partners to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Prepare artwork according to printing specifications, digital formats, dimensions, and production requirements.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and campaign timelines.

• Stay updated with current design trends, real estate marketing practices, social media formats, and visual communication techniques.

• Support the creation of brand identity and creative assets for new projects and upcoming developments.

• Ensure all designs are accurate, error-free, visually appealing, and aligned with the company's positioning.

• Mentor junior designers and review their work to maintain overall creative quality.

• Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, project assets, photographs, logos, and brand resources.

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital and print media.

• Create marketing collaterals including brochures, ads, banners, social media creatives, and presentations.

• Lead and guide junior designers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and sales teams to meet campaign objectives.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.

• Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
