Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design -

• Lead the design and execution of high-quality visuals for campaigns, social media, websites, ads, presentations, and print

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints

• Work closely with content and strategy teams to turn concepts into impactful visual stories

• Translate briefs into clean, professional, and on-brand creative assets

Video/Motion Design -

• Create short-form videos, reels, product animations, explainers, and GIFs using After Effects or equivalent tools

• Animate text, icons, logos, and UI elements for digital storytelling

• Understand audio syncing, timing, and visual rhythm in storytelling

• Optimize animations for various formats (reels, ads, stories, websites, etc.)

Creative Leadership -

• Bring fresh ideas and elevate the creative direction of client and internal projects

• Guide junior designers when required and ensure output quality

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, moodboards, and visual strategy presentations

• Manage multiple brand aesthetics with agility and precision

Requirements -

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional graphic/motion design role

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work across platforms

• Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, branding, and animation principles

• Attention to detail with a knack for storytelling through design

• Ability to handle deadlines, feedback cycles, and cross-team collaboration with maturity

Nice-to-Have Skills -

• Experience with Figma or UI/UX design is a plus

• 3D design or animation knowledge (Cinema4D/Blender) is a bonus

• Familiarity with digital marketing or agency experience is highly preferred
