We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the conceptualization and execution of impactful visual communication across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, excellent branding expertise, and the ability to mentor junior designers while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for branding, advertising, digital, social media, print, and outdoor communication.
Lead the design process from ideation to final artwork, ensuring high creative standards.
Develop brand identities, campaign visuals, marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Client Servicing, and Production teams.
Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal teams and clients when required.
Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring quality output.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while maintaining creative excellence.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
Coordinate with print vendors and production teams to ensure flawless execution of final artwork.
Required Skills
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics is an added advantage.
Experience with Figma and other collaborative design tools.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
Strong communication, presentation, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Qualifications
5–8 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising agency, branding consultancy, or creative studio.
A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, print, digital, and social media work.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with real estate, lifestyle, FMCG, or retail brands.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and workflows.
Basic photography, image retouching, or illustration skills are a plus.
