About the Role:
We’re looking for a Design Lead who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. You’ll be the creative engine behind our digital brand presence—leading the conceptualization, design, and execution of all social media assets across platforms. From campaigns to reels, carousels to motion graphics—you’ll be setting the visual tone that drives engagement, emotion, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
🎨 Creative Leadership
•	Own the visual identity of the brand across all social media platforms.
•	Lead the design and execution of engaging static and motion-based content (e.g., posts, stories, reels, carousels).
•	Develop creative concepts and themes for campaigns, launches, and key events in collaboration with marketing and content teams.
•	Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics, tone, and voice in all assets.
📱 Social Media Design & Execution
•	Design assets tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and more.
•	Collaborate with social media managers and copywriters to deliver thumb-stopping content.
•	Propose and create moodboards, visual templates, and content formats optimized for platform algorithms.
🔄 Team Collaboration & Mentorship
•	Manage and mentor junior designers, freelancers, or interns as needed.
•	Coordinate with external collaborators such as photographers, illustrators, and video editors.
•	Participate in brainstorms, brand reviews, and performance debriefs.
📊 Performance-Informed Design
•	Stay updated with current design trends, cultural moments, and platform innovations.
•	Work with analytics teams to evaluate creative performance and refine design strategies accordingly.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
•	4–6 years of experience in social media or digital design roles (agency or brand-side).
•	Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, Figma.
•	Strong portfolio showcasing static and motion design across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
•	Experience with video editing or collaboration with video teams for reels and short-form content.
•	Excellent understanding of social media content formats, visual hierarchy, and mobile-first design.
•	Strong eye for typography, layout, colour, and composition.
Bonus Points For:
•	UI/UX knowledge or experience designing for web and mobile.
•	Animation skills or experience with Lottie, Premiere Pro.
•	A keen interest in trends, culture, and storytelling for purpose-driven brands.
