Job Summary

Adinath Industries is looking for a creative and skilled Designer to create high-quality designs for our products, marketing materials, social media, printing requirements, and promotional activities. The candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of printing and digital design.

Key Responsibilities

- Create designs for product advertisements, banners, posters, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.

- Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

- Prepare artwork for printing, flex, stickers, labels, frames, packaging, and promotional products.

- Create and edit product images, photos, graphics, and promotional creatives.

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative campaigns.

- Make design modifications based on customer requirements.

- Ensure all designs follow the company's branding guidelines.

- Prepare print-ready files with correct size, resolution, colour mode, bleed, and layout.

- Coordinate with the printing team to ensure accurate output.

- Maintain organized files of designs, templates, logos, and other creative assets.

- Stay updated with current design trends and develop fresh creative ideas.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.

- Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour combinations, and layouts.

- Knowledge of printing processes and print-ready artwork.

- Basic photo editing and image manipulation skills.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into attractive designs.

- Good creativity and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma/Degree/Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- 0–2 years of experience in graphic designing is acceptable.

- Freshers with a strong portfolio and good design skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate

- Creative and responsible.

- Willing to learn new software and techniques.

- Able to work independently as well as with a team.

- Has a good understanding of both digital and print design.

- Can work efficiently under deadlines.

Salary

₹ 20000 per month, based on skills and experience.
